Mixed electoral system: 77 deputies elected through a closed-list proportional system and 73 by majority vote in single-mandate constituencies.

Threshold: 5 % in proportional elections and 30% for majoritarian candidates

 

International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED)

 

The International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) is a non-profit, non-governmental and non-partisan organization established in 1995. Organization's main priority and scope of work is election monitoring, which aims to guarantee the transparency of elections by monitoring the implementation of electoral procedures and thereby increasing society's confidence in the results of the elections.
